Whilst staying with my Mum whilst she was recuperating from surgery (because my Dad was working away on weekdays), I was preparing dinner one night when I reached into the drawer to choose a knife when I came across a knife I hadn't used before. After just one slice I realised this knife was like no other knife I had ever tried.Every slice of the knife was effortless, I knew then and there that I couldn't go back to my old knives. My mother, bless her heart bought some for me for my upcoming birthday. Pictured above, is a a photo of the Kiwi Brand knives that she gave me. As anyone who cooks knows, the beauty of a knife that cuts well is priceless and I am so rapt with them that I had to share my find with other home cooks out there. So,at the expense of sounding like one of those horrible infomercials you see on the tv, you just have to try them, like myself, your cooking experience will never be the same.
Hey, Amazing post - I just found Kiwi knives... picked up one for $5 - i haven't tried it yet, but I am impressed with the feel and weight of the knife. Think I'll get the set!!!
